There are two bedrooms. two bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen with a spacious living area. The charming balcony enjoys excellent views of the surrounding area. The holiday home is almost on a cross-country ski-run. And it is just 200 metres from the ski-bus stop. The bus will bring you to the large Flachau ski-area in a few minutes. You can enjoy an attractive swimming pond which is just 200 metres away in summer. You ll find everything for active and less active holiday makers here. The holiday home and this delightful area are highly recommended for both summer and winter holidays.Please note: the owner provides a fresh bread roll service.The owner lives on the ground floor of this house. you will live on the first floor. The bed room of the owner is also on the first floor but your bed room will be separately so that you will not be disturbed by anyone.
